When you use amimentioned, we collect:

• Account information: your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Report data: the brand name, website URL, and questions tracked for your business.
• Payment information: payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
• Usage data: basic analytics such as pages visited and report generation events.

2. How we use your information

• To generate your AI visibility reports.
• To process payments via Stripe.
• To send you your report results and account notifications.
• To improve our service and fix technical issues.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using industry standard encryption. Report data and account credentials are stored in encrypted databases. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

4. Third party services

We use the following third party services:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Perplexity APIs to generate AI responses for your reports.
• Google Analytics for aggregate usage statistics on our own website.

Each third party service operates under its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and keep you logged in. On amimentioned.com.au we also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, approximate location, device type); Google Analytics sets its own cookies for this. We do not use advertising cookies, and analytics data is not used to identify you personally.

5a. The measurement snippet on customer websites

Our customers can embed a small script (am.js) on their own websites to count visitors who arrive from AI assistants. The snippet is designed to collect as little as possible: it records only the AI assistant a visitor came from, the page path they landed on or enquired from, and a timestamp. For AI-referred visitors, the visitor's own browser keeps a short-lived note of the referring assistant (for example "chatgpt") for up to 24 hours so a later enquiry can be attributed; this note is a traffic-source label, not an identifier. The snippet sets no cookies, and we never collect or store IP addresses, device details or anything that identifies an individual visitor. Visitors who do not arrive from an AI assistant are not measured at all.
